This Agreement governs:

• All purchases and access to Prompt Entrepreneur Premium, including the AI Entrepreneurs Group Chat and associated digital products;
• The use of group chat platforms, digital resources, materials, and services provided by the Company; and
• The intellectual property, usage rights, and limitations related to group chat participation and product usage.

By purchasing access to, joining, or using Prompt Entrepreneur Premium or any associated digital products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

3. Prompt Entrepreneur Premium Access

3.1 Immediate Access

Access to Prompt Entrepreneur Premium, including the AI Entrepreneurs Group Chat and digital products, is provided immediately upon purchase and payment confirmation. By purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate access and waive any applicable cooling-off period or right to cancel.

3.2 Payment Terms

All payments are processed through secure third-party processors. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment methods submitted.

3.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature and immediate access to Prompt Entrepreneur Premium and its components, all sales are final and non-refundable. This does not affect any statutory rights.
