Our products are digital products and services.
Access is usually provided immediately after purchase. By purchasing and ticking the relevant box at checkout, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that any applicable cooling-off right may be lost once digital access begins, except where the law says otherwise.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers.
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided, purchases are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed by us in writing.
If you buy a subscription or membership, it continues until cancelled. You can cancel future billing through the payment/customer portal or by contacting [email protected].
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing. It does not automatically refund previous payments.
If a subscription or membership payment fails, we may pause access to membership-only materials, support, calls, new workshops, or other ongoing benefits until payment is resolved.
